Arc caster is also called full arc caster. The mold of the arc caster is arc-shaped. The secondary cooling device forms arc-shaped billet in the mold within a quarter of the arc. It is cooled by water spray during the downward movement along the arc-shaped roller table until it is completely solidified. After full solidification, the billet enters the straightener at the horizontal cutting point, and then it is cut into a fixed length.
